PHILOSOPHY

User-centric approach
I take a user-centric approach to design, always considering the needs and wants of the end-user first.

A deep knowledge of how the company works
In order to design the right product solution, it is essential to understand every function of the business; from internal operations and sales to finance and legal.

Test early and test often
It is critical to test concepts with users, iterate, and validate, as early and as often as possible.

Furture-thinking with realistic outcomes
During research and discovery, think broadly about a problem, consider several solutions and future-states before circling back to a feasible deliverable. One in which engineering can realistically scope and build.

Align with business goals
It is neccessary to work closely with product management and align on business goals and objectives throughout the design process.
